Our Management Team

Segun is the Chairman of the Airtel Africa Foundation and Chairman of the Board of the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority. He served as Group CEO of Airtel Africa Plc (a FTSE 100 company) from 2021 to 2024, covering 14 countries across East, West, and Central Africa, where he led the company to deliver double-digit revenue growth over many quarters.

He joined Airtel in 2012 and ran the Nigeria operations for nine years before his appointment as Group CEO. Prior to Airtel, he was Managing Director of Coca-Cola bottling operations across multiple African countries. He also co-chaired the B-20 Digital Transformation Task Force at the G-20 Summit in South Africa in 2025.

With over 35 years of business management experience across consultancy, banking, FMCG, and telecommunications, Segun was conferred with the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024 for his leadership and contributions to business in Africa. He serves on the board of the Nigeria Economic Summit Group and is a Fellow of several professional organisations.

Iwalewa Jacobs is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience across commercial banking, fintech, and structured finance. He leads operations, business development, and strategic partnerships with corporates, banks, and development finance institutions at CycleFlow Limited.

He has deep expertise in supply chain finance, trade finance, treasury and liquidity management, and SME financing, with a proven track record of helping businesses access funding and scale sustainably.

Iwalewa holds a degree in Accounting, a finance certification from Harvard Business School, and a Master's in International Business Management from the University of East London. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

Louis Agbenyo is a finance leader specialising in treasury management, capital structuring, and financial strategy within high-growth and emerging markets. With experience spanning fintech, supply chain finance, banking, and FMCG, he brings a strong track record of building resilient financial systems.

He oversees treasury operations, liquidity strategy, regulatory compliance, and institutional funding partnerships, and is recognised for expertise in financial modelling, working capital optimisation, IFRS reporting, and cross-border financial operations.

Louis holds a BSc in Accounting (Ahmadu Bello University), a Chartered Manager designation (NIM), and a Financial Modelling & Valuation certification from CFI.

Ephraim C. Okereafor is a strategic financial leader with over eighteen years of experience across financial services. As General Manager – Sales and Marketing, he leads Cycleflow's commercial growth with expertise spanning digital finance, treasury, investment advisory, credit, wealth management, and inclusive banking.

He holds professional certifications from the Corporate Finance Institute (CMSA), the New York Institute of Finance, the Lagos Business School, and the Harvard Business School.

Ephraim holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Benin, a Master's degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, and an Executive Master's in International Marketing Strategy from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management (UK).
